GreeenTech had the opportunity to attend the PGA II (Beer & Gastro Academy) course organized by Makro Akademie. This educational platform connects professionals from the gastronomy industry and promotes a modern approach to culinary education.

During the event, we explored how hydroponic farming can enrich the gastronomy sector by offering fresh, local, and sustainable ingredients grown directly on-site.

Our Urbi. hydroponic farm, installed within the Makro Akademie premises, allows participants and visitors to experience firsthand how plants can be grown without soil, pesticides, and with up to 90% less water.
